Online medical appointments in Panama

Book an appointment with a doctor in Panama from your phone, at any hour. You pick a real opening from their schedule, confirm on the spot, and no account is needed.

How to book, in three steps

  • Search by specialty or by your doctor's name. Those with open times appear first.
  • Pick a day and a time from the ones their schedule shows.
  • Leave your name and an email or a phone, and confirm. The appointment is taken right then.

No phone call, no waiting for a confirmation the next day, and no account to create.

What details are needed

Your name and one way to reach you: an email or a phone number. That's all. The doctor uses it to confirm your appointment, and you use it later to find it under “My appointments”.

No ID number, no insurance number and no card. The visit is paid at the practice, as always.

The times you see are the times there are

Every time shown is free in the doctor's schedule at that moment, and disappears as soon as someone takes it. A doctor with no open dates is shown as exactly that: no open dates, with their WhatsApp so you can arrange it directly.

If two people pick the same time at once, only one gets it: the database takes it in a transaction, so a duplicate appointment can't exist. The other is told right away and picks another time.

After booking

  • You can download the appointment as a calendar file, and your own phone reminds you.
  • You can see your appointment again under “My appointments” with the same email or phone you left.
  • To cancel or change the time, let the practice know. You can't cancel from the site, and that's deliberate: with only an email or a phone, anyone who knows that detail could delete someone else's appointment.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need an account to book?

No. You leave your name and an email or a phone, and with that same detail you can look up your appointment later under “My appointments”.

Can I cancel my appointment from the site?

Not yet, and that's deliberate. Appointment lookup only asks for an email or a phone, so a cancel button would let anyone who knows that detail delete someone else's appointment. To cancel, let the practice know.

Does the patient get a reminder?

On confirming, you can download the appointment as a calendar file, and your own phone gives you the reminder. We don't send automatic messages.

What if two patients book the same time at once?

Only one gets it. The database takes the slot in a transaction, so a duplicate appointment can't exist. The other is told right away and picks another time.

Are the times I see real?

Yes. Every time shown is free in the doctor's schedule at that moment, and it disappears as soon as someone takes it. Doctors aren't shown as available if they have no open dates.
